A ZEEIR is a Special Economic Zone for Regenerative Innovation, a legally autonomous area within Argentina, specifically designed to:
✅ Promote technological innovation and economic regeneration. ✅ Attract impact investment, talent, and advanced technologies. ✅ Enable decentralized governance models tailored to the needs of each bioregion. ✅ Facilitate the regeneration of ecosystems, economies, and social fabrics.
ZEEIRs are designed to benefit all forms of life — present and future — within the territory, turning bioregional regeneration into a practical, scalable economic strategy.
Building the Legal Framework
NetX State will actively engage with: 📜 Provincial governments, national institutions, and international networks to draft and co-create the ZEEIR legal framework, integrating local, national, and global best practices. 🌍 Use real-world data and success stories from existing ReGen Nodes to demonstrate the economic, social, and ecological benefits of the model. 🔗 Embed the ZEEIR framework into the NetX State governance platform, allowing communities to actively shape their own legal, economic, and governance systems.
The ZEEIR framework is not just a regulatory innovation — it’s a long-term national strategy to position Argentina as a global leader in: 🌱 Regenerative development. 🏛️ Decentralized governance experimentation. 💡 Attracting regenerative technologies, businesses, and impact capital.
1️⃣ Advisory & Consultancy Services – Offering regenerative governance consulting, legal design advisory for ZEEIR creation, and regenerative policy frameworks for other regions or private developments.
2️⃣ Sponsorships – Partnerships with foundations, policy think tanks, regenerative investors, and global governance innovators to fund lobbying efforts, legal innovation workshops, and stakeholder dialogues.
✅ These revenue streams directly fund the development of the ZEEIR legal framework and enable the legal experimentation and adaptation necessary to scale the regenerative model across Argentina.
