NetX State es una PlatformCo que convierte “regeneración” en una clase de infraestructura financiable, operable y replicable: combina ejecución territorial (nodos) con un sistema operativo (gobernanza + legal + tooling) que luego se escala vía licenciamiento modular y Governance-as-a-Service.

Nuestro modelo resuelve un cuello de botella central del mercado: existe demanda por real estate/hospitalidad “wellness” y regenerativa, pero pocos proyectos logran volverse replicables por fricción de CapEx, gobernanza, estándares, y monetización de externalidades positivas. NetX se posiciona construyendo primero un Nodo Piloto (asset-heavy) que prueba el stack y produce playbooks; y en paralelo convirtiendo esa ejecución en un estándar licenciable (asset-light).
